SOLAR THERMAL
Flat Plate Solar Water Heater (FPC)
Flat Plate Collectors (FPC) based Solar Water Heaters the solar radiation is absorbed by Flat Plate Collectors which consist of an insulated outer metallic box covered on the top with glass sheet. Inside there are blackened metallic absorber (selectively coated) sheets with built in channels or riser tubes to carry water. The sides and bottom of the collector are usually insulated to minimize the heat loss. Sunlight passes through the glazing and strikes the absorber plate, which is made of copper plate, which heats up, changing solar energy into heat energy ensuring high efficiency and durability. The heat is transferred to liquid passing through pipes attached to the absorber plate.
Flat plate collector has High efficiency heat pipe type and also protects from Overheating of water. The flat plate collector has a Multiple Installation Choice. It can be flush mounted on the slope roof, providing a perfect product & building integrated installation. It can also be ground mounted onto a flat roof with the angle supporting frame. For most residential and small commercial hot water applications, the solar flat plate collector tends to be more cost effective due to their simple design, low cost, and relatively easier installation compared to other forms of hot water heating systems. Also, solar flat plate collectors are more than capable of delivering the necessary quantity of hot water at the required temperature.

HIGHLY DURABLE
FPC solar water heater is highly durable as the Collector gets mounted on insulated, weatherproofed boxes fitted with a dark absorbed plate under one or more plastic or glass covers. The solar water system lasts for more than 15- 25 years, without major maintenance since the breakage rusting is not there.
NO EFFECT OF WATER QUALITY
FPC are rugged and can withstand practically all water pressures. The quality of water does not affect the system. Stellar Storage tanks are designed to handle hard water.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
Flat plate Collectors are ideal for pressurized solutions and promise superior performance in domestic and commercial application
ETC Type Solar Water Heater
Solar heating system is basically a natural method of conversion of sunlight into the heat for water heating using a solar thermal collector. These systems are mostly used for the residential and industrial purposes. But now, they are being used in several other places too. There are different varieties of configurations available at varying cost to provide solutions in different type of climates. We manufacture the best solar heaters and also involved in the proper supplying of the products. You can trust us easily for the quality and functionality of the product. So go ahead and now invest your bucks in the best solar water heating system and contribute your part towards the environment. The Evacuated Tube Collector System facilitates high-efficiency absorption and utilization of solar energy, with minimum heat loss. ETC Type Solar Water Heaters are made of double layer boro-silicate glass tubes evacuated for providing insulation. The outer wall of the inner tube is coated with selective absorbing material. The evacuated tubes are the absorber component in the solar water heater function. They absorb solar energy converting it into heat which is further used in water heating. This efficient use of renewable energy, provide hot water without consuming expensive electricity.
Minimises electricity bills
A 100 litres capacity SWH can replace an electric geyser for residential use and saves 1500 units of electricity annually.
Reduces Carbon footprint
A SWH of 100 litres capacity can prevent emission of 1.5 tonnes of carbon-dioxide per year. Solar water heaters are non-polluting.
Easy And Safe To Use
Solar water heaters are safer than electric geysers as they are located on the roof. No scope of short circuit or electric current to anyone.

Air source heat pump water heaters are designed for domestic hot water heating with max outlet water temperature 60℃. They have the following important features:
• Heating mode, mono-block type;
• COP up to 4.15;
• Running temprature range: -10℃ to 45℃;
• Max outlet water temperature can reach 60℃;
• Electric heater backup function;
• Multiple protections;
• Refrigerant: R410A

PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
A heat pump is a device that “transports” heat energy from one place to another place. This is the basic feature of how heat pumps work. An air conditioner is a form of Heat Pump. It “extracts” heat from indoors and pumps it to the outside. So on the indoor side, you have cool air blowing out of the vent, after passing through a heat exchanger. On the outdoor side you have warm air blowing out of another heat exchanger. The heat exchanger on the indoor side is called an evaporator and the heat exchanger on the outdoor side is called a condenser. • High efficiency and energy saving Eco-friendly technology
• Intelligent controller for precise control and easy operation
• Wide temperature range operation, from -10℃ to 50℃ .
• Can work at night as well as on cloudy or rainy days just like on sunny days
• Can be scaled to meet any requirement of hot water .
• Easy to install, just need to connect the pipelines and electrical connections Occupies very little space and can be installed on the terrace or roof Long life and corrosion-resistant cabinet to withstand severe climates
• Combined with a circulation pump and a storage tank, it can deliver hot water in seconds anywhere in the premises.
